ADOPTION CONTRACT

We require a spay/neuter agreement with all our puppies that are adopted for pet only homes (limited registration). We very rarely offer full rights which has a different contract/agreement. We believe it is our responsibility to require it in our contracts to continue to do our part to prevent anymore irresponsibly bred dogs from ending up in shelters/rescues. 

We require a return agreement with ALL of our puppies/dogs. This is to ensure that our dogs are returned to us if the buyer is no longer able to keep/care for the dog purchased from us. We believe it is our responsibility to require this in our contracts to continue to do our part which is to ensure our dogs NEVER end up in shelters/rescues, it is then our responsibility to pickup/meet and rehome the dog. 

We require a vaccination and health agreement with ALL of our puppies. This is to ensure all of our puppies are receiving the proper health care that they need and  deserve throughout their lifetime. We believe it is our responsibility to require this in our contracts to keep the health of our dogs a top priority and require that they are always up to date on vaccinations and routine health exams. 

We offer a breeder agreement with ALL of our puppies. This ensures that our adopters are being given what we had promise, bringing home happy, healthy puppies! We believe that it’s our responsibility to offer this to our clients so that we are held accountable if we do not meet or exceed expectations. 

We offer our assistance with ANY question or concerns you may have throughout your dogs life. So please don’t be shy, even if it’s a little/silly question!

We require an adoption agreement that is to be signed by ALL our clients. This is to ensure that the buyer is aware of the total adoption fee for their puppy before placing non-refundable deposits on a puppy.
